Who is it for

Product analysts and designers

Modern-day designers are expected to understand user needs and desires, regardless if they work in graphic, UI or UX design. UX research is a set of quantitative and qualitative methods that converts designers into researchers.

Product managers

Product managers have to merge the business and user perspectives in developing a product. UX research helps to understand context behind metrics, as well as sketching and storytelling with the obtained data.

Other development participants

The course is suitable for beginners, so any curious participants from product and development teams are welcome. How to measure product performance? How to contact users? And how do apply the insights in your work?

Psychologists, anthropologists, etc.

The course is also aimed at non-designers, non-developers. Especially at researchers from other fields who are interested in how to apply their skills in the context of digital product and service development.
I would particularly like to commend Damjan's willingness to help, and his flexibility. He was always available to the course participants for questions and encouraged us to sign up for the 1:1 conversation, giving us the opportunity to have multiple feedback sessions.

Damjan talks about his work with infectious passion. If he were to teach 11-year-olds, at the end of the day everyone would be saying "When I grow up, I'm going to be a UX researcher!"
