How it works

Booking a place
When applications open, you go to the application form to secure your place in the review. We just need a few key details about you and a link to your portfolio.

Assignment of a reviewer
We will use the information from your application to match you with the most suitable reviewer for you. Once the assignment is complete, we will connect you with the assigned reviewer.

Coordinating the time slot
You and the reviewer arrange a time to meet, either in person or via a call, that suits both of you. All meetings take place within 10 days to ensure that they are up-to-date.

Meeting and review
When you meet with the reviewer, you first have an introductory dialog, as you would in a job interview. Then, through a relaxed conversation, you delve into possible improvements.
