Who is it for

In-house design team leaders

The course gives you a deep insight into the development process,  helps you find better ways integrate design work and to advocate for necessary changes, also from a business perspective.

Individual in-house designers

Being the only designer in a company or team can be lonely, challenging, stressful. The course helps you relieve yourself of unnecessary pressures, increase your own value, and even receive reinforcements.

Product managers

Learn how design can help reduce development costs, and how you can help designers achieve the best possible results. Your investment in the course will generate a return very quickly.

Other development participants

Are designers art creatures that speak an unknown language and work in strange ways? Well, in reality, their work is very tangible, and systematic. The course teaches you how to create work-class product through collaboration.
Aljaž is an expert in his field. He presents his knowledge in a friendly and inclusive way, challenges the participants and establishes an environment where we learn a lot from each other.
